The hotel's layout made it easy to navigate without feeling lost, enhancing my overall experience. given the price I paid, I expected more than my rather bland accommodation, especially considering the noise from the nearby nightclub that disrupted peaceful nights.
One minor downside was the lack of a mini-fridge in the room, which would have been a convenient addition.

Well, the area was not nice overall.

We had a really comfortable stay for the value received.
Everything was wonderful, so were absolutely gorgeous views over town. There were a lounge and Netflix in the room, loved that. It was functional, had contemporary décor. The venue was in a very central location short walk to shops and central Port Macquarie, which was very convenient, cafes, restaurants and a decent size supermarket and Close to supermarket.

What a fantastic spot to celebrate New Year! The location couldn't be better—so close to the town center and scenic views of the river. Our apartment was spacious and super clean, with a comfy bed that made it hard to get up every morning! Plus, the rooftop pool and BBQ area were a hit for evening gatherings with friends.

While the relaxation facilities like the outdoor pool and BBQ area were enjoyable for family bonding, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired. The location near landmarks like Mrs York's Garden and Hastings River was a plus, but the overall maintenance and service need improvement. Great potential, but not quite met.

The close proximity to the city centre.
When I made the booking I requested twin beds as I was travelling with my elderly mother. On arrival, alas, a queen bed. I rang reception & they said that they cannot always honor a request. I later discovered that the Mantra at Port Macquarie does not have twin beds at all. I would have appreciated being told this before booking. I was provided with a rollaway which was very uncomfortable. I won't be staying at this Mantra again.

Comforty bed, good size room and good size tv
Toilet was leaking, bath leaking, towel rack broke, the day spa was closed Sunday n Monday(public holiday) and it wasn't stated on the website and to top it all off I was told I would get a phone call from management when I left about the problems had and they never phoned.

1. Convenience and locality to shops/restaurants/etc 2. Large size of the room 3. Large size of the balcony 4. Secure underground parking
1. Water pressure in the shower (I appreciate and share concern for minimising water use. But when staying in a hotel/unit on holidays, I would prefer the 'luxury' of un-regulated water flow in the shower. A minor point, and the only blight on an otherwise highly enjoyable stay.)
